We take privacy, and your Internet participation, very seriously. Here are our own Terms Of Service:

1. MSI and the MSI Online Store will not willfully trade, sell or otherwise distribute your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address or any other contact information, without your permission. Registering with us, making comments, shopping our online store, visiting any of our client sites, or other types of standard correspondence is not considered permission.

2. MSI and the MSI Online Store will not send unsolicited commercial or informational bulk e-mail. We will only send e-mail if a person either a) registers with us at our web site; b) requests to be put on our e-mail list via e-mail, telephone, mail, fax or in person or in some other method of communication; c) becomes a customer, at which time we will send one e-mail stating that we would like the customer to be on the e-mail list; and d) if a person is entered in our creator database and we need to notify a group of creators regarding an upcoming project.

3. MSI and the MSI Online Store will always remove someone from our e-mail list upon request, which can be in any communication form. If a mistake is made, for example, if a person is on our list twice and one entry was removed but the other remained (if someone registered twice), then we will delete all other occurrences as soon as we become aware of them. MSI will always notify you that we have removed you from the list. If we do not notify you, then it's possible we did not receive your request.

4. MSI and the MSI Online Store will not otherwise "track" your movements on our web site, other than when you are shopping in the online store, in which case, tracking is required (to keep track of your order), and an IP address is logged to prevent fraud.

5. MSI will not attempt to access any information on your local computer.

6. MSI will not knowingly overcharge, undercharge or charge without permission any dollar amount to your credit card, checking account or any other account. If we make a mistake, we will do everything we can to rectify it.

7. MSI will not knowlingly promote, sell, distribute or otherwise become affiliated with any product which would be considered a "scam" and we will not knowingly falsify any information directly regarding any such product. We also will not knowlingly work with a company that utilizes or promotes "spam" to gain customers or to transmit information.

8. MSI will do whatever it can to rectify a spam situation or related situation with any companies or individuals we represent, if that situation is in direct relation to the MSI site.

Other Concerns

• MSI publishes a P O Box address because: a) our office is not always accessible for postal carriers to drop off large packages (since we operate mainly through the mail, Internet and conventions, our physical office is sometimes closed to attend events); b) there is no concern about passersby or others in the building accessing our mail if we are not here; c) it avoids confusion - many people think that the artists we represent are at our office, so will come by wanting to see if they're here. They are not. We deal with creators in mainly the same fashion. If you ever need to send us a package via a carrier other than the USPS, please contact us for our street address.
