Shipping Policy
We don't think shipping costs should be a target as additional income. Therefore, we've done our best to make sure you pay as close to the actual shipping cost as possible. We offer shipping via US Mail and FedEx (express and ground services).
MSI imposes no handling fees. Any additional fees you may see listed on specific pages are strictly to cover costs of any additional packaging or insurance.

Return Policy
We offer a 10-day return policy on every single item we sell. If you are unhappy, simply contact us for a Return Authorization. In the event that a product description was incorrect, or if the item is damaged, we'll even reimburse the return postage and will credit you for the amount of the purchase. Hassle-free.

Are all the items you sell "official"?
Yes! Every single item listed at the MSI Online Store and in our catalog is officially license material. We work directly with the artists and writers and any third-party companies. We are the sole agent for Bernie Wrightson, so if it's here, it's 100% legit!
How do I contact one of the artists?
We do not give out contact info, but you may send correspondence to us at MSI, P O Box 827, Clifton Park NY 12065-0801 and we will forward the information.
What is Bernie's Original Registry?
The Bernie Wrightson Original Registry (BWOR) was started in 2002. It provides owners of original artwork with authentication services, and keeps records of Bernie's original works to date.
